Our research centres are at the heart of developing new steel products and solutions

To keep us at the forefront of innovation in steelmaking and mining technology, ArcelorMittal has 12 research centres located in Europe, North America, and South America. In 2015, ArcelorMittal's R&D expense was $227 million.

Each centre has its own special areas of interest, with other secondary activities.
