In line with the Company's capital return policy, the Board proposes to increase the annual base dividend to shareholders from $0.44/share in FY 2023 to $0.50/share. On April 30, 2024 at the general meeting of shareholders, the shareholders approved this proposal. The dividend will be paid in 2 equal installments. The first installment was paid on June 12, 2024 and the second installment will be paid on December 4, 2024.

In respect of the Euroclear Nederland shares, ABN AMRO Bank N.V. ("ABN AMRO") offers the Company's shareholders the opportunity to participate in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP). By participating in this programme, shareholders will be able to reinvest their net dividend in shares of the Company. Further information on the DRIP will be made available by ABN AMRO to financial intermediaries.
