The issuance closed today. The Notes were issued under ArcelorMittal’s €6 billion wholesale Euro Medium Term Notes Programme.
The proceeds of the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes.

In connection with the issuance of the Notes, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, in its capacity, as stabilising manager (or persons acting on behalf of any stabilising manager) may over-allot the Notes or effect transactions with a view to supporting the market price of the Notes at a level higher than that which might otherwise prevail. However, there is no assurance that the stabilising manager (or persons acting on behalf of the stabilising manager) will undertake stabilisation actions.
