Cédric Bouzar

Cédric joined the group in 1999 and his career has spanned functional and operational positions. His functional experience includes international affairs, the general secretariat of the Board of Directors and strategic projects in ArcelorMittal Europe - Long Products.

Background

In 2007, he was appointed managing director of ArcelorMittal Europe’s organic coated steel service centres business unit. Cédric was then subsequently appointed CEO of AMDS, UK and Scandinavia. In September 2011, he joined the corporate team of AMDS, becoming head of business development, also in charge of strategy and operational excellence. In April 2015, Cédric was appointed as head of metallic purchases for the European operations of ArcelorMittal - both flat and long products - and he was responsible for managing the Sonasid joint venture. He became CEO of AMDS February 2019.
