ArcelorMittal has established a Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme and intends to maintain a regular presence in the international capital markets.
ArcelorMittal also has a French Commercial Paper programme, which is used to issue short-term notes in the domestic French market for maturities of less than one year.
